Week of Prayer for Christian Unity 18th to 25th January
This annual week of prayer is marked across the world. Churches Together in Hitchin (CTiH) hold a preacher’s exchange with preachers visiting other member churches - on Sunday 13th January, Christine Warren from Christchurch leads our morning service at WRBC while Andrew is at St Mark's.
Also to mark the week of prayer, there are numerous prayer sessions being held across Hitchin, with Walsworth Road Baptist hosting a couple of sessions.
Prayers held in different churches on each day of the week are as follows:
Friday 18th 6pm - Redeemed Christian Church of God (at the Town Hall)
Saturday 19th 9.30pm - with Hitchin Street Angels (at WRBC Hitchin, us!)
Sunday 20th 6.30pm - United Service including the induction of Rev Donald Smith as Chair of CTiH (held at Christchurch, no evening service at WRBC)
Monday 21st 7.30pm - Zeo Church (at Zeo Centre opposite Christchurch)
Tuesday 22nd 7.15pm - Our Lady’s Church
Wednesday 23rd 9.15am - St Mark’s Church Thursday 24th 11am - Tilehouse Street Baptist Church
Friday 25th 9.30am - WRBC Hitchin
