One of the main access points onto our site will be closed for a duration of five days (Monday 26 to Friday 30 August) between the hours of 9am and 5pm. During this time, we advise all users of our site to please use the access points via the roundabout and off Walsworth Road - we also request you refrain from using the car park of Hitchin Youth Trust.
We are aware that closure of this entrance will cause significant disruption particularly given it is our Holiday Club week; however, it is out of our control as the entire length of Highbury Road between Benslow Lane and Wymondley Road is being closed to enable Herts Highways to carry out work to the existing speed humps.
Yellow posters and a warning sign are currently on display by the Highbury Road entrance with the following information, as well as on the noticeboard in the welcome area - please consult these for more information:
